Josiah founded NextTech Consultants in 2015. He graduated from George Fox University with a degree in Elementary Education. While teaching, Josiah found his passion was in educational technology and loved helping teachers use technology in their classroom to engage students. After budget cuts at the school, it was time for a change in careers and he quickly fell into the technology field. It brings him great joy to help people make technology a tool rather than a frustration. His promise to you is to work hard so that your business grows efficiently with the competitive edge technology can provide.

Josiah has three sons and a beautiful wife and together they attend Northwest Christian Church. His hobbies are remodeling houses, video games, and when possible, snowboarding or other outdoor activities.

Ryan has a degree in Computer Science from Anderson University. He started his career out as a Computer Support Specialist and eventually found his passion to be specifically in storage and windows server management. Ryan works hard to keep systems running and highly available. He will do everything he can to ensure your system is optimized and secure.

Ryan has one son and a beautiful wife and together they attend McMinnville Covenant Church. Ryan’s hobbies are skiing, video games, and general construction work.

Jeremy has been supporting higher education technology for over 20 years in desktop, network and application support roles. He has a broad understanding of how we rely on technology to achieve goals and is committed to partnering with others to that aim. His curiosity and driving passion to make things “just work” keep him busy. He enjoys working on a team, looking for the root problems and finding creative, cost-effective and maintainable solutions.​

When he’s not laser-focused on a project, he enjoys all sorts of outdoorsy activities with his wife and four kids. Occasionally, you can find him napping in a hammock.

Anna has a Bachelor’s Degree from George Fox University in Graphic Design and Health Education. She has 13 years of experience in event planning, marketing and social media. Anna values good communication and high quality presentation.

When Anna isn’t working, she is chasing around three young boys and hanging out with her husband, Josiah. She loves to read, cook, do house projects, play violin and homeschool the boys.
